Home Body Weight Program

This is a short 12 minute home body weight program used by one of our busy super mum clients. She performs this program 3 mornings a week before getting the kids to school and starting work. All our programs are built specifically to you and exercises you enjoy and are complete with video tutorials for each exercise.
